48' GSC Bulkhead Flat Cars $49.95


This model of the GSC bulkhead flat car was produced from the mid-50's until the 60's when longer cars became the norm. Utilizing a cast steel frame with wood decking, these were the most popular mass produced bulkhead flat cars made during this era. The loads are simulated wrapped and banded building materials (plaster board, masonite, Homasote, etc.) mounted on 4 x 4 bottom supports. Additionally, three roads are offered with a pulpwood load.
